We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and information generated by your use of the platform (purchase history, listings, reviews). We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser user agents.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. RoboForge does not store your full card number or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data — see stripe.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Supabase for file storage, Vercel for hosting). All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@roboforge.io.

8. Children

RoboForge is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that data promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
