1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RoboForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoboForge. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using RoboForge, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Seller terms

Sellers represent that they own or have the right to sell all content they list. Listings must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. RoboForge takes a 20% platform fee on each sale. Sellers are solely responsible for tax compliance in their jurisdiction.

5. Buyer terms

Purchases are subject to the license terms displayed at checkout. Buyers may not redistribute or resell purchased assets. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited content

Assets that infringe copyrights, contain malicious code, depict illegal content, or violate Roblox's own Terms of Service are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Repeated violations will result in permanent account bans.

7. Disclaimers

RoboForge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoboForge is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
