Eligible for a refund
•The asset does not work as described in the listing
•The download is corrupted or inaccessible
•The asset is significantly different from the preview images
•A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
Not eligible for a refund
•You changed your mind after downloading
•The asset works as described but you found it too difficult to implement
•You purchased the wrong asset and have already downloaded it
•More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
